By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This Service is designed to provide ranking and management tools for Roblox groups through a Discord Bot, a Web Portal, and an In-game API.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our services, we need to collect certain data. The data we collect is limited to what is necessary for the Bot's functionality.
- Discord Information: When you add our Bot to your server, we collect and store your Discord Server ID, Channel IDs, and Role IDs as part of the server's configuration. We also store the Discord User ID of the user who performs a ranking action for logging purposes.
- Roblox Information: We store the Roblox Group ID you configure for ranking. When a user verifies through our Web Portal, we store their Roblox User ID and link it to their Discord User ID. We do not store any Roblox passwords or sensitive account details.
- User-Generated API Keys: When a user generates an API key on our Web Portal, we store this key securely. The key is associated with the user's Roblox and Discord accounts to authorize actions via our In-game API.
- Action Logs: All ranking actions (promotions, demotions, setranks) are logged. These logs include the responsible user (Discord User ID), the target user (Roblox User ID), the group in which the action occurred, and a timestamp. These logs are essential for security and auditing purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Service. We use the information we collect to:
- Execute ranking commands sent via Discord or the In-game API.
- Authenticate users and authorize actions on our Web Portal.
- Provide detailed and accurate audit logs for server administrators.
- Link a user's Discord account with their Roblox account to ensure the correct user is being ranked.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
We will never sell your personal data. Your information is not shared with third parties, except as required to interact with the Discord and Roblox APIs or as required by law.
4. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your data seriously. All collected information is stored in a secure database. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. API keys are stored securely and are revocable by the user at any time through our Web Portal.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as it is necessary to provide the Service. If you remove the Bot from your Discord server, the associated configuration data will be marked for deletion. Action logs may be retained for an extended period for security and auditing purposes. Users can request the deletion of their personal data by contacting us.

You have certain rights regarding your data:
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Removing the Bot from your server or deleting your account on our Web Portal will initiate this process. For complete removal, you may contact us directly.
- Right to Correction: If you believe any information we hold is incorrect, you may contact us to update it.
