By inviting, authorizing, or using the CF Rank Bot ("Bot," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), including its associated Discord commands, Web Portal, and In-game API, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to have read, understood, and be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
CF Rank Bot provides tools to manage and automate Roblox group rankings through various platforms. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. The functionality of the Bot is heavily dependent on the APIs of third-party services, namely Discord and Roblox.
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or spamming through the Service.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise modify the Bot or any part of the Service.
- Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.
- Use the bot to violate the Terms of Service of Discord or Roblox.
- Resell or use the Bot for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Bot Owner.
- Circumvent any security measures implemented to protect the Service.
You are solely responsible for the security of your accounts, including Discord accounts, Roblox accounts, and any generated API keys. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your accounts and credentials.
4. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms of Service. You may discontinue your use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server and ceasing to use the Web Portal and API.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Bot Owner be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the service. This includes any damages resulting from ranking errors, service outages, or security breaches. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms of Service.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law principles.
